Edinburgh Holiday Rentals is a small network of privately-owned self-catering holiday flats, vacation rental apartments and cottages in Edinburgh City Centre. We offer a range of accommodation, perfect for holidays, short breaks and vacation rentals in Scotland's Capital City. Most are within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, Festival Venues, Edinburgh's Waverley Station and the City Centre shops, restaurants, theatres and cafes. Explore the historic Royal Mile, and marvel at the architecture of Edinburgh's Old Town and Georgian New Town - all part of the Edinburgh World Heritage site. If you're coming to Edinburgh for the world-famous Edinburgh Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Edinburgh's Winter Festivals - celebrating "Edinburgh's Christmas" or New Year with "Edinburgh's Hogmanay" - we can offer a wide-range of accommodation suitable for families, couples, lone travellers or small groups of friends. Some owners are also prepared to offer short-term rentals at advantageous rates, and last-minute bookings are also available.
Edinburgh is a wonderful city to visit at any time of year. Edinburgh Zoo is open every day of the year (including Christmas Day), Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse are both worth exploring - and a walk down the Royal Mile provides so many interesting diversions it may take more than a day! Take a look at the new Scottish Parliament building, or travel back to the very beginning of time at Dynamic Earth. The Royal Yacht Britannia has a permanent home now at Ocean Terminal - and a visit there can be combined with a day's shopping: something for everyone.

Craigwell Cottage
Susan and Sandy McNaughton let Craigwell Cottage, a self-contained cottage off Calton Road, within a former brewery, sleeping 2-4 people, and with the benefit of its own private parking space and free broadband wi-fi internet access for those travelling with their own laptop computers.
Craigmoss Apartments
Isabelle and Harry Taylor, who own the Craigmoss Guest House, also let an apartment at Heriot Hill which sleeps 2-4.
Brandon Apartment
Adrienne Case, who owns the Inverleith Hotel, also lets an apartment at Brandon Street which sleeps up to 7, and Inverleith Luxury four-poster studio apartment, sleeping up to 3.
Anne House Apartments
Cate Farquharson lets three apartments situated near the Royal Mile - the Royal Mile Apartment and the Holyrood Apartment at Anne House, both sleeping 4+1 and the Balcony Apartment, sleeping 4+2. Parking spaces are available by arrangement. Free broadband wi-fi internet access.
Edinburgh Apartments City Central
Ian Anderson lets three apartments in Edinburgh: Abbeyhill Crescent (sleeping 3), Eyre Crescent (sleeping 3 + baby) and Dundonald Street (sleeping 2). Details of all three can be found on the Edinburgh Apartments City Central website.
Erica's Apartment & Pamela's Apartment
Jill and Johan Hensens of Ancrum Craig B&B and Harden Vale B&B in the Scottish Borders, also let two Edinburgh Apartments: Erica's Apartment (sleeping 2-4) and Pamela's Apartment (sleeping 2-4) .
Edinburgh Apartments
Gordon and Angela Rule have two apartments available for short lets, one at India Street sleeping 2, and another at Huntington Place, sleeping 4.
Learmonth Terrace & Daiches Braes
Trish Crane lets two apartments, one at Learmonth Terrace in the West End of Edinburgh (sleeping 2-4) and the other at Daiches Braes, (sleeping 3) in the east of Edinburgh, a 5-minute train journey from Waverley Station.
Pillowstops
Derek Gibb now has two apartments on the Royal Mile, the Lawnmarket Apartment sleeps 4 and up to 5, with parking. New for 2009, Derek has added a further apartment at Advocate's Close, also sleeping 4, with parking.
Castle View Apartment & New Town Apartment
Jan Mainnie has two apartments - Castle View - a stunning 3-bedroom apartment on Inverleith Row - sleeps 6-8 and New Town Apartment - a Georgian 2-bedroom apartment located on Cumberland Street - sleeping 5-6.
